So we should probably give credit to your current boss, Tim Callacommy, for coming up with this

concept that he was in print with this for years. I had to stop it this year because he's got too

any editorial responsibilities, but this is our second year doing this. We want to continue in

the same vein as we're calling this worst team all defense rather than first team all defense.

So we're going to talk about the players that we think have really defended extremely poorly

this season, but also give some people credit for being a little bit better than some might think

and that don't deserve to be on this list or players who used to be on this list and have

improved a little bit this season. So why don't we start with the Lynch pin of the defense, the center

position? Yeah, and one quick thing to mention just in terms of this rubric is we are not considering

players who have like a small minute load often that's due to injuries or just because they have

a small thing for first and second team. They are absolutely in line for honorable mention should

they be should they be there, but it's just not fair especially for some of these guys it's such a
