WrestleMania 42 Night 1 was WORSE than last year, and WWE should be embarrassed they let TKO tarnish what is WrestleMania.
Incredibly short, sub-par matches littered with close to 2 hours of commercials and advertisements. That was WrestleMania 42.
Live from Las Vegas, WrestleMania 42 Night 1 is headlined by Cody Rhodes defending the Undisputed WWE Championship against Randy Orton in a match that should feel massive…but has been surrounded by controversy thanks to the Pat McAfee situation and a build that has left a lot of fans questioning the direction.
Seth Rollins vs Gunther brings a high-stakes clash that wasn’t even the original plan, now turning into one of the most intriguing matches on the card. And in the women’s division, Stephanie Vaquer defends the Women’s World Championship against Liv Morgan in a match that could define the entire division depending on how WWE chooses to position both women, and AJ Lee will defend the WWE Intercontinental Championship in her first WrestleMania match in 11 years against Becky Lynch.
