1:33.5	contingent would resign if their supported candidate for mayor was not
1:39.2	elected and that blood would run in the streets.
1:44.0	Well, a similar belief is apparently embraced with the national security state and foreign
1:48.4	policy making.
1:49.7	Practitioners like to believe theirs is a completely practical rational art untouched by politics.
