And so we start out by going through all the teams and kind of work through some candidates and some not candidates and then we each

The place that I want to start is probably not the place that that some others would start of what's happened since the last time

You and I recorded on this which was Sunday and that is with the Daniel house news and so

Basically what happened here the the cliff notes version is that house had actually been on an NBA contract earlier in the season

He moved down to a two way so that they could sign Gary Clark and then when house was getting towards the end of his

Number of NBA days on the two way contract

They written the two sides ran into a problem because the rockets wanted to sign house to a longer term deal

With at the minimum, you know, not surprisingly maybe something along the lines of the hinky special

Which is a term I came up with for contracts that run a long time and are basically all minimum and all minimally guaranteed

So something like that and house basically said no because those that would require negotiation and

So the right it looks like the rockets were kind of positioning things and eventually now, you know close enough that he will be playoff eligible

House is

Converted which they could do unilaterally which means that he will be a restricted for agent in the summer of 2019

With the qualifying offer being an NBA contract rather than a two way contract, which is what it is when a two way contract expires

And good for him for for standing up for what he wants that I think the real interesting thing we're finding out about two way contracts is
