Today is going to be an epic episode because you know what it's about.

Accidental text messages, accidental voice messages, things you've sent on accident that are

very embarrassing. We didn't episode like this a while ago and it was one of our favorites.

So we were like, we got to do this one again. And we know you guys love listening to the story ones.

So we're going to jump into that. But before that, a little life update and it seems like,

sorry, what? Oh, I was going to say before we get into that, we got a lot to talk about.

Yes, we do. First and most importantly, my sunburn. Yeah, most importantly, me, me.

No, I'm kidding. I've talked about this so much on my Instagram story. But wow, I got the

worst sunburn I've gotten in a very long time. And it's so funny because I was lecturing

Lave about putting sunscreen on. He's just never very diligent about putting sunscreen on.

And he always gets sunburned. And I'm like, put sunscreen on. Come on. This is not a joke.

Like we don't want skin cancer. We don't want sun damage. What are you doing? So his face got

fried. We were at the beach all day and we got home and I'm like, Lave, it's not funny. Like,

you really got to wear sunscreen. And then I pull up my shirt and my back is fried. And you know,

if you go to the beach all day, it's not until you get home that you realize that your sunburned.

Like when you're at the beach, nothing looks like it's a rye. No. So I pull up my shirt and I'm like,

oh gosh, I think I got a pretty bad sunburn. I take off my swimsuit. Red is a lobster. Like so bad.

Actually, one of the worst sunburns I've gotten in years. Like so bad at this point, it's purple.

Love that. And I've been putting aloe on it. I've been taking showers and I've been staying hydrated,
