Hello, it's 196 days since Russia began its invasion of Ukraine.

And I'm in Central London at the offices of a man who was once one of Russia's richest.

He's called Mikhail Khodakovsky.

He's been telling me how Russians and the West should stand up to President Putin.

He is in exile, essentially, and lives here.

Mr Khodakovsky is a critic of Vladimir Putin and he's spent 10 years in prison for it.

He's a very influential man.

He wants Ukraine to get more help from the West.

He wants more weapons to be sent because he said that's the only way that President Putin will be defeated.

And he was essentially Russia's first oligarch who thought he was so powerful,

so rich that he could challenge President Putin.

But in the end, he paid the price and he went to jail.

And you will hear in our interview a little later,

what he says about whether he lives in fear in the UK.
