And this is huge. I've been there. I know you've been there inanga. Yeah. It's a really painful and sticky concern isn't it? It's really preoccupying. No one likes to feel judged or

misunderstood or receive negative responses. And I think what we know from Ira Vader and different mind and body types and anxiety, we know that most people living with anxiety are very sensitive people in a good way. They're sensitive souls and they're

deeply affected by conflict and criticism and usually have a strong need

for harmony in their lives.

I know I do that's a top priority for me is harmony in

communication and relationships. We find comfort in understanding and

being understood so this is a a real concern of core anxiety.

And today we're going to talk about what helps.

Starting with, the stronger we feel inside, the better we can cope with what comes from the outside.
