2:03.5 | And anxiety can be exhausting, whether that's generalized anxiety, social anxiety, what we would out call social phobia, panic disorder, which can be incredibly debilitating because of the physical symptoms that often mimic cardiac symptoms and panic attacks are the number one cause of emergency revisits in the United States.
