Hey friends, it's Tara. You're listening to another episode of Truth Talks with Tara.

Now, I am not, something you need to know about me is I am not really a life motto kind of

person. I don't really have a saying to live by. I'm really like, that's the word of God in our

lives. But over the last six months, I have been living by a life motto of sorts. And I wanted

to do a whole episode about it because the more and more I think about it, it's not just personal

to my life. I really believe it could be a benefit to you and what you're going through.

And so I wanted to make a whole episode and conversation about this. So pull up your chair, get cozy, put it in your AirPods, hang out with me while you're on a walk

or doing dishes or in the carpool line or whatever you're doing today. And let's talk about

what to do when we're worried about the future and how to live very present in our day to day.

It is absolutely no surprise that being present is harder and harder and harder these days.

It's probably because of social media.

It's probably because of all of the different distractions and having the option to be on our

phone and be everywhere else but where we actually are.
