from which we get our English word cosmetic, cosmopolitan.

The Greek word cosmos, when speaking not about the physical globe, but about the spiritual reality, refers to a system.

The world is referencing a system.

And when that word is used, when we use it today, we're referring to some organized system around a central subject.

If I were to say to you, the world of sports, you know that I'm talking about any and everything that deals with athletics.

I'm talking about stadiums, I'm talking about different kinds of athletic competitions.

I'm talking about different athletes equipment, because the world of sports is a system operating around a central subject,

and that is anything having to do with athletics.

If I were to reference to you, the world of finance, I'm talking about anything that has to do with money or monetary,

areas of life that could be the fed, that could be the treasury, that could be our debt, that could be the use of credit cards,

that could be your bank, the credit union.

Anything that has to do with money is in this world called finance.

And heavy on our minds currently is the world of politics.
