you too mate it's been a few years yeah you were up in glasgow you interviewed me long time ago yeah

i remember it being freezing windy yeah that's just glasgow right yeah of course every day is it's the

same up there but had your father on yesterday great guy yeah for everything he spoke about

it takes massive courage for doing that

over 35 years. You've got sort of similar story now. You were also a goalkeeper through the pro- Youth

Ranks, Portsmouth, Man United. Now you're also in the iconic studio doing your thing, documentaries,

interviewing, fascinating people. So it'll be good to get to understand you a bit more

and understand where you've went through, what you've overcome. Because obviously with your dad,

being ridiculed in it all those years ago, how you handled that? But first and foremost, how are you?

I'm good, mate. Really good. Really, really good. Busy, which is amazing, because it means you're

doing something that you enjoy doing

it means you doing stuff of like value if you're busy and so i'm enjoying that but no life life's

good in a good place nice family work we're working with families good fun as it's challenges as you

can imagine but but it's good fun and yeah feeling really blessed to be to be where i'm yeah good

before we

get into everything note I always like to go back to the start of my guess get more of a bit of

understanding about you where do you grow up and how it all began yeah so I grew up on the

Isler White born in 92 um Islewhite was amazing in those days an amazing place to grow up because

everything that the country the issues you have with the country in the inner cities, the Isle of Wight was protected from that. It was always a decade

behind. So, you know, growing up, you never had any fears of gangs or violence. You just, you grow up
