It's hard to imagine a more difficult challenge

than to lose the one you love when they are young

and so desperately difficult when they've taken their own life.

Some people might find the following discussion upsetting

as it deals with the feelings around the suicide of a partner.

Jorge from Mexico contacted us and we put him in touch with Sister Dagnigheim.

She's the biggest nun and author of such books

as flowers in the dark and mindfulness as medicine.

Three years ago my partner, Belinda, took her own life.

This left me feeling with a lot of guilt.

I feel I wasn't enough for her to stay in this world.

I have worked hard to deal with these feelings and my grief.

But I sometimes think I will never again have what I had with her.

I do not feel I am enough.

I cannot forgive myself and I think this is holding me back.

How can I deal with these very strong feelings?
