Tonight we have a doozy of an episode for you folks featuring none other than Stormy Daniels.

Right now, Daniels and her former fucking scumbag attorney Michael Avonati are facing off in a New York federal courtroom

where Avonati is defending himself yet could you believe he's defending himself against charges of fraud and embezzlement.

Prosecutors alleged that Avonati, who claims that he helped negotiate the $800,000 advance for Stormy Daniels September 2018 book called Full Disclosure,

he defrauded her by instructing her literary agent to send two of the foreign stonements of the book's advance,

totaling nearly $300,000 to an account controlled by him rather than directly to Daniels.

He allegedly sent a fabricated letter to the agent with a manufactured signature from Daniels

redirecting the book advance payments from Daniels account to another account he controlled without her knowledge prosecutors said.

For much of 2018, the California-based lawyer Michael Avonati and his client Stormy Daniels,

a pornographic film actress, were key figures in the fervent political opposition to President Donald J. Trump,

but the partnership between Miss Daniels, whose legal name is Stephanie Clifford, and the lawyer crumbled long before the 2020 election.

And even as he was championing Miss Daniels in public, Avonati was secretly stealing from her according to federal prosecutors at the SDNY in Manhattan.
