But before we go into those games, and we'll go into them chronologically, we just wanted to say at the top of the podcast, on behalf of everyone from the Arsenal Vision podcast, just to kind of acknowledge and not just acknowledge, but commiserate the news about the American journalist Grant Wall, who sadly passed away at the Argentina-Netherlands game on Friday evening.

And Grant has actually been a guest on this podcast, someone that Elliot knows from

college, actually, I believe. But I mean, even leaving that aside, just an absolute

titan of football journalism, particularly for those of you stateside who are listening to

this. I think there's probably an excellent chance that if you're American and you're listening

to this, that Grant All is a big part of the reason that you are listening to this in the first

place and as someone who covers women's football as well, it's very, very difficult for me.

I've been thinking about this today

to think of any journalist that has been more influential

when it comes to particularly coverage of women's football,

women's soccer.

And yeah, just one of the best to do it, Grant.

One of those people who's absolutely fearless, spoke

truth to power right to the end. And we're just, we're all desperately sad to hear that news
