I'm regularly a mess. I have had problems in many different areas. My first

AA meeting was in January 1993. My last drink was in July 1993. You'll notice there's a little gap there between January and July.

My first Al-Anon meeting was in September 1995, the Earth did not move, but I find Alon very helpful.

Using the program to get through the day. This looks like it's a small topic because a life looks like it's very big and a day looks like it's very small. But the headline, if you want one, is I haven't sorted my life out. I've learned how to have a day. And you put one day after another and you end up with a life. And so what I'm going to look at is what I do to get through the day. And some I'm going to litter it with some little big book

don't that's fine to. I know some people are allergic to the big book. Well that's just neat and dandy but there's some helpful stuff in there I think. There's a line in Bill's story. Faith has to work 24 hours a day in us and through us or we perish.

transportation. The tragic truth is my head will kill me,

even though it needs me for transportation. I did a number of potentially deadly things between January and July 1993, including getting drunk and going into blackout in Moscow.
