Hi everybody, my name is Rob Hullick and by the grace of God the fellowship of alcoholics

anonymous in the program of recovery I found in this book, I've not found a necessary

to take a drink since the 7th of July 1988 for that I'm extremely grateful.

It is good to be here.

I had the over under in my mind at about 25 people so we've surpassed that so that's good.

I'm glad you could all join us and I want to first of all thank Kathy for all the first

support and I remember Kathy when she first came in, I remember that first workshop.

And alcoholics anonymous, for those of you who are new, alcoholics anonymous is the only

place in the world where the worse you look the more they like you.

It's the only place, okay?

Because I remember when she came in and I remember when lots of people like her came in

and I remember when I came in what I looked like and it wasn't and so when I see people

that are brand new walking right off the street I say these are my people, you know.

We understand and if you're new and you're sitting by the way, how many people here with

less than a year of sobriety, by the way, lots of people with less than a year, well welcome.

And hopefully this workshop will be informative, hopefully you will learn something and hopefully

we'll have some fun the next 10 weeks.
