um to use three by five cards and i'd write down the purse and i'd write down the purse, and I'd write down the harm,

and I would write down what I wanted to say to them about making it right.

I was taught that amends are about balancing the books, and that that's my responsibility in the mend.

So I was told to go there, do my business, be calm, frank, and open, as the book says.

And to go in, define the harm, tell them what I was willing to do about it,

ask them if there was anything else I could do about it.

And the last question I was led to ask was, have I, is there any way that I have harmed you

that I'm unaware of?

You had to try that sometime, especially to somebody who doesn't like it. You might get an hour off the top. But that's a good practice to ask people if you've harmed them in some manner that you haven't addressed.

When you get done with the men's, there is a freedom inherent in finishing that that really makes you feel different. You can look the world in the eye. You don't have to cross the street to avoid anyone.

It's a point in life which is really spectacular. You're just dead even with the world.

That's a good place to be. It's a good place to stay. So do you have any questions about that?
