I don't know.

This might be a little bit of a challenge, but you know, four, five, six, and seven, you

know, for me, they're the big change steps, you know, if not for them, I wouldn't be sober

today.

You know, I wouldn't be standing up here.

I would definitely probably be drinking, you know, no doubt, because, you know, alcohol

synonymous is all about change, right?

My sobriety date is January 4th of 1999, so, you know, I'm coming up on 14 years, and

those 14 years, I've never found it, I've never found any time in my recovery sobriety,

where change wasn't the central factor of staying sober.

My sponsor today loves to say keep a green, you know, and that's what it's about for me.

On the way over here is kind of funny story.

I got lost.

I thought it was the Winter Circle group church, because I think that's a manual Lutheran,

but that might be with an eye.

This is with an EM, I'm not sure.
