I woke up this morning and said, what am I doing here?

I wonder how I could get out of this.

You know, there are times I get up to the podium, and I just know.

I just know that I have something to say I was just saying to my good friend

Rick I've really struggled over this Lee and I talked about he asked me to do a workshop on

spirituality and I said well we discussed it a bit back and forth and I said well how

about we do it on the spirituality of the steps and then it isn't just an academic

exercise so we agreed to that last night I thought I wonder how I could get out of this you know it's just a thing will

anybody come will they all come will anybody like what I have to say sometimes I think

people who sit in an audience forget that when you get up here that does not mean you're

fixed it does not mean that you walk in bliss all the time and that the false self talks to you

so i had to finally say mildred you know what you believe about spirituality.

And that's what you have to be true to.
