Shawn S and Larry R conducted this workshop on How it Works at Work at the 42nd Atlanta Mens Workshop held in Rock Eagle Georgia in 2002. They open the meeting telling a bit of their stories and how to apply the principals in the workplace. 0:53.8	I'd like to start out by kind of qualifying myself real briefly, let you know how I got
0:59.3	this honorable position to be at the rock speaking.
1:03.1	You might wonder, I'm 30 years old, I got sober in 1997 when I was just 5 being 25.
1:11.6	My drinking career lasted about 10 years and that time I went through 15 different treatment
1:16.5	centers, I was facing five years prison, I've been unemployed for about three years.
1:22.2	I was drinking every single day for weeks at a time, blackout drinker, I was also addicted
1:29.1	to cocaine and shooting intravenous morphing and by the grace of God, I know I'm not
1:35.1	going to have to live that way.
1:37.6	I was actually fortunate up before my disease got real bad to get into the field of nursing.
1:43.6	I was actually at Winter College, University of Georgia, Godogs in 1999 to be a physician
