Almost, I am an alcoholic.

And I want to share with you, I have multiple addictions.

And it's clearer, as I see through my spiritual lives,

how many attachments I have in my life.

So if anyone is here who may have an addictive mind,

as Cald would say, welcome home.

At this point, when we're talking about expanding God consciousness, anything, any attachments blocks our way or our channels is higher power.

So it's great that you're here and I hope you really walk away with something extremely

valuable for you this evening, because it will be talking on some interesting topics.

So I belong to a group called a Gapé group, which is a Greek word for unconditional love.

And that as you continue on through our workshop, you're going to find that this is extremely important to me.

It's probably the single most important virtue that one can live by.

And if that is a high priority, a lot of other things kind of fade away, a lot of distractions,

anxieties and upsets kind of fade away. When love happens to be a high priority in one's life.

So Agape group is a meditation group, which I co-founded.
