I'm your host, Corey Muscarra, and in today's episode,

we're going to talk about working with resistance.

More to come on that in a moment.

First, let's settle in together with the sound of the bells. D' So all of us to some capacity are familiar with resistance. It shows up for people differently, but the feeling is usually the same.

2:07.2

accumulating accomplishments but the conversations you could have had the decisions that could have been made earlier rather than later, that might have shifted the course of things.

2:17.0

Now, I'm not one to get caught up in regret.

2:20.0

This moment is always the beginning of the rest of your life and too much focusing on

2:24.5

coulda woulda shoulda is just wasted mental energy.

2:28.3

But we can use that reflection to inspire us to work differently with resistance moving forward.

2:35.0

And the key thing to remember when working with resistance

2:38.7

2:42.0

And it's always an experience that is arising in the body.
