101 and I am here with Mr. Stan Efferting. How are you sir?

I'm good man. How are you?

I'm good man. I see you doing a lot of big things lately. How are how is everything going?

It's going good man. I'm doing what I love. You know after retiring from bodybuilding and

powerlifting I had to kind of reinvent myself and coaching seems to be my passion so I'm loving it.

I think that's what we all can hope you know when I started bodybuilding I was like

as long as I end up doing something good after bodybuilding, then I'll know it was all worth it.

So I think the fact that you found something that you're passionate about after your career is over is amazing.

Yeah.

So you're doing, the reason I... careers over is amazing. Yeah.

So you're doing, the reason I want to get you on,

I guess we'll just get right into it.

You're coaching the heavy, well not the heavyweight,

the light heavyweight champion of the world, John Jones in the UFC, who has, I know some of you guys are fight

fans, so I know he's relinquished his title, but he's still the champ as far as I'm concerned. So what is that like Stan?

Wow, it's a lot of work. I'll tell you what, originally just got invited down to discuss diet.

And then we, you know, we talked about his nutrition program and we

trained together and had a good discussion and at the end of the day you know a lot of

my experience people who know my story know that I've run a number of very successful companies.

My telecommunications company had over 100 employees in 20 states.

My real estate development firm, we bought, built and sold over $60 million in real estate. We built
