And the This week I am very, very excited to have back the one and only Lynn McTaggot.

Lynn, how are you?

I'm great, thanks so much for asking it's great to be back

no absolutely absolutely and for people in the off chance that people don't know I will explain

Lynn this is fun. Lynn is a

best-selling author and a researcher who's been just playing in the most

magical and amazing and interesting fields including the field for for decades and she's written and and we are talking about all that kind of stuff and and catching up today.

So I want to begin because here we are at the end of the year, Lynn, and if it's possible, I think a lot of people

are heading into 2023 less optimistic than even heading into 2022.

And there's a thinker that I'm very fond of called Bioakumalafe. And he says what if the way we respond to the crisis is part of the crisis?

And so I thought this is a really good time to have a chat with Lynn about what we do with our minds and our hearts and how we think about next year and how that can have an impact going in.

Well, I think what we have to recognize is that something

I've been writing about for a number of years now,

which is the life we've created according to the old

scientific story the story we continue to follow is not the life we were meant to

lead ever I mean I is not the life we were meant to lead, ever.

I mean, Isaac Newton helped us with technological mastery

by describing the world, the universe,

as a collection of separate things and very well-behaved things

operating according to fixed laws in time and space.
