Well, Isaac, we are a little bit over the halfway point in the year, and for me, that means that I am

nay overdue to check in on the creative resolutions I set for myself in the new year.

My hot take is that a lot of people who dislike New Year's resolutions feel that way because they are doing them wrong.

If you get to December and you are looking at last year's resolutions for the first time, they have

done you no good.

If you're going to make a serious commitment to changing your behavior because you have goals to meet, you have to check in on them on a regular basis.
