I've started to experience and I think I've only had maybe 11 12 sessions

around there so I'm still very new in the grand scope of neurofeedback.

And it's interesting because when I've been going to my sessions, Marissa, who I work with a lot.

She was like, you don't seem like you react big to neurofeedback.

Like when she leaves, she feels really tired or lethargic or like, depending on what she's been working on that day. She feels like she's

really hit hard with it and my husband would be the same way. So I feel like

everybody's affected by neurofeedback very differently, but can you, before we really jump into neurofeedback and what that is, can you just talk about your experience with narrow feedback

and your background with narrow feedback in the first place?

And I know the first time we met, I was like, I just vibed with you. I know the first time we met I was like I just vibed with you immediately and we clicked and hit it off so it's been fun to know you personally

but also getting to obviously work with you professionally. So yeah I was a little bit more similar to you. I was the person where my behavior, I was talked sometimes about some people's behavior, it takes a little bit to catch up with their brain's new ability.

Whereas other people, it's like,

they literally leave, they feel so relaxed,

they feel so calm, they feel so focused or whatever.

There's also kind of the slow builders as well.

And so I was, I definitely relate a little bit more to you.
