Too much idle time on your hands can make you feel as though you're not being useful in your business. We all know that having a business that is totally passive might be somewhat unrealistic. We all have to check in on what's happening and assess whether or not you'd like to continue the current operation or make a switch. This is all based on preference.

While there are CEOs that are totally hands off of their business there are other CEOs that enjoy getting into the trenched of their business, but only to a certain point. They know that the business would run without them. However, the business is still benefitting from the presence of it's CEO.

Test it for yourself and find out in what ways do you what to be involved in your business. Maybe you did everything at first and now you may only want to focus on a smaller or a different portion of it.

0:05.2	you have nothing to work on, right? You start, you feel like you need all this
0:10.5	team and support around you. You need an assistant, you need an operations person and
0:14.2	marketing and tech and all of these things. But then suddenly you get these things and you
0:18.4	start working in the business and now you got all this team with this great automated business
0:24.6	that you've run and you have nothing for them to do. So now you have a decision to make.
0:28.8	Do I just keep people on payroll just to have these people on payroll or do I get back into
0:34.3	the business that are doing some work so I can have some tasks for them to actually do.
0:38.7	There's nothing wrong with doing the work and then the other thing is I see what I'm seeing a lot

0:50.4	now they're done. They did enough work. Like sometimes you haven't done enough work to actually

1:03.4	Like I'm seasoned, I'm a seasoned entrepreneur and I have grown to a point now where I can kind of
1:09.9	pick and choose what I want to do. I'm not chasing money, I'm chasing the fuel. Like you say like
1:17.6	I was just so unfulfilled when I stopped coaching like I just I get there something that happens to
1:25.2	me when I'm I'm coaching and people are getting results and so I'm still in that space but I also
1:31.1	understand that we are building a legacy brand and so going into the into the next year what I'm
1:38.4	really focused on is how can we build a brand that doesn't depend on done. How do we do this so
1:47.0	that regardless of what happens to me and in my life there's still a brand that continues to move
1:53.4	without me. I want like I'm setting up the pieces now. I'm moving towards setting up the pieces
1:58.5	now that will impact people that I'll never get to meet like generations and generations and
