Hi, I'm Grace Beverly and welcome to Working Hardly Working, the podcast where I talk to some

1:24.5

but also completely independent of work that makes just their lives, their

1:27.7

quality of life, they're living better and more true to themselves. But moving on in the

1:33.5

background and kind of what really spurred on this podcast was that this year I wrote a book,

1:40.1

Working Hardly Working. Working Hardly Working Hard hardly working was aimed to be a productivity blueprint

1:45.8

for the next generation. You know, we're under constant pressure to be grinding away at our work 24-7,

1:52.0

whilst also being seen to prioritise our self-care and wellbeing. Social media has meant that we're
