I'm Matt Cook.

So when I say we're a podcast about workplace culture,

psychology and life, our objective every week

is to get together and reflect on the way that work impact us or how the

works the world of work's changing. What we're trying to do is alternate episodes

between work chats where we discuss some of the things in the news and try and reflect and give our different perspectives on them and then interviews with people who are helping to shape our knowledge and our learning on these things.

So we're going to try and get a balance between these things.

Work chat is what we're going to go for this week.
