Welcome to the newest Wednesday Podcast! On Wednesdays, I normally get to talk with members of the Organize 365 community as they share the challenges, progress, missteps, and triumphs along their organizing journey. You can see and hear transformation in action.

Today, I am sharing my conversation with Adriane McGraw. Adriane is a professional organizer in Fostoria, OH. She has experience in HR for a Fortune 500 manufacturing operation. Her business Paper & Progress is dedicated to helping small businesses and working professionals streamline their operations and systematize their success. We also share about how the Business Friday Workboxes have been made even better by the certified organizers mastermind team.

You can find Adriane at Paper and Progress. She is also on Facebook and Instagram

0:18.8

over perfection and create lasting, functional organizing in your home. I have so much to share

0:25.3

with you. So let's get started. Adrienne, welcome to the organized 365 podcast.

0:33.1

Well, thank you so much for having me. I'm so excited to be here. Yeah, I was wondering,

0:38.0

how did you first find me and organize 365? You know, it's funny. I was driving a pretty

0:43.0

long distance for work and I had the pod bean podcast and it player and what it does is it

0:48.4

does recommendations. And so it's like, here's all these organized ones. And I had joined

0:52.7

when you were doing a three-step part series about decluttering, and organized, and then productivity.

0:58.3

So it's really great to go through all those steps and I was like, I really like this

1:02.3

person. And so then I just joined them and addicted to the podcast ever since. So that was a

1:07.6

January series because I remember doing that when it might, did you say it was like 2017?

1:13.1

Yeah, 2017. Yeah. Well, so you've been around for quite a while. Yeah, it's funny because it's

1:20.2

like what we were here before there was the Sunday basket. And I remember when you initially

1:25.2

were doing it, I was like, oh my gosh, I wish I could get down there, but with work, I just

1:28.4

wasn't able to. So yeah, and you're in the state of Ohio with me. So it wasn't like you were like

1:34.0

on the west coast or anything like no, yeah, possibly a possibility, but you couldn't do it.

1:40.1

Yeah, no, I just work was just too crazy at the time. And I was like, oh my gosh, I definitely

1:44.7

had that fear of missing out because it was sure would have been really exciting to get in that

1:48.8

initial ground level. But I'm happy to be here now and happy to be part of all of your program so

1:53.7

far. So you were listening to Podbean and organized 365 was a recommended podcast. You were already

2:01.0

listening to organizing. So like, what is your personal organizing story and your paper organizing
