actually completely psyched to be here with Jackie Warner. I mean everyone

knows you from multiple shows on Bravo workout intervention. How you doing?

It's like hi. I'm glad to be with you yeah it's like crazy workout it has such a

hardcore like following it's ridiculous like people that work I still get talked to every

single day about workout which trust me I'm ready to leave that show behind I mean you mean like clients who like you're

training they're just like pumping you for no no no no not so much clients it's

really interesting the people that are serious and know how serious minded I am and that I've been training for 25 years with great results

They read my books so they've read all my books. They've done my DVDs for years, some of them have you to watch workout.

But the people that approach me on the street or at a restaurant or whatever,

those are an elevator, those are the workout fans.

That's amazing.

And like what are they, what is the most common theme

or like question that you get from people on the street?

Oh, like, oh, I was so happy when you broke up with me.

It's so funny because it's like a relationship for like a decade ago.

Yeah, I know and oh by the way here's what's so funny she moved back to she's Brazilian and she moved

back to San Paulo and we face time every single week and we visit we travel to see each other once a

year and we're like sisters like seriously like sister she's my closest friend that I have we just were not good

you know romantically but you know she's smart she learned English in a year and she speaks better English than most Americans. I'll be honest and
