What a time to be re-thinking our work-life balance when many of us are out of work or over-worked due to the global pandemic! Broadway performer LaQuet Sharnell Pringle had made some huge adjustments to figure out life as a new mom who had been booked in a new Broadway musical, just for all of that to be turned on its head this past week. But not even a remote broadcast could keep LaQuet's bubbly and bright personality from shining through on this episode. We talk all about coping and adjusting to changes, burnout, and the pressure to be productive, even at a time when the world is telling us to retreat and relax.
