I'm Margo, and today is a producer-hosted episode

all about work week. First off, give us the rundown. What was work week like at your school?

Um, okay, work week, I personally was, I did work week for three years. So that means I did it as a senior, which at my school is very

uncommon. Usually girls would try to do it one year and like be done because no one really wants

to be a part of it unless you're on recruitment team. Um, it's kind of like a thing at my school like

girls trying to get out of it. Like, um, they will use every excuse in the book and my sorority is super strict. So they

will deny so many excuses that come in. But I did it for all three years. And the purpose is just like,

obviously it's like teaching all the logistics of bump groups and how you recruit girls and

all that. But at the end of the day, like, it's so much about just like getting to know your PC and your sorority i feel like a lot of girls after freshman year you like live in a dorm

and like you're kind of friends with your dorm girls and maybe you haven't gotten as close with

your own sorority sisters just because sometimes that's how freshman year goes and i feel like

work week really gives you a chance

to bond with everyone in your PC or the girls below and above you because, um, you're literally

forced to be together for 10 hours a day. So you literally have no other choice, but to like get to

know each other and like enjoy it. And we'll jump into all this in this episode but you get placed in certain bump groups and

you get really close with the girls in your bump group and I don't know so for me it was mostly

about teaching you everything about recruitment but I feel like it is definitely about like getting
