0:11.0	I'm your host, Zach Evernesh and in this episode I want to talk
0:14.9	about a quote from Teddy Roosevelt and the reward for hard work and I found it
0:20.1	inside of a book that was gifted to me called Earned the Right to
0:24.2	win and I don't recall who actually gifted me this book and you've probably heard me say
0:29.5	two things on recent episodes. Number one, I always say success leaves clues. And number two, I may have
0:36.1	mentioned football and other sports, but I'm not necessarily a sports fan, but I'm always
0:41.6	willing to learn from sports and other people and other experiences.
0:46.0	Well in this book I picked up an awesome quote that was shared from Teddy Roosevelt and
0:52.1	the coach says that he shared this Teddy Roosevelt quote with his teammates and I want to share it with you so we could dig a little deeper into this reward for hard work.
1:01.0	It's from Teddy Roosevelt. No man needs sympathy because he has to work because
1:07.7	he has a burden to carry. Far and away, the best prize that life offers is the chance to work hard at work worth doing.
1:18.0	That's the key.
1:19.0	So if I dig into that a little bit deeper and again here's the book earned the right to win
1:25.3	when we dig into that a little bit deeper I've heard people tell me how
1:29.0	frustrated they are from work or that work just doesn't inspire them anymore.
1:33.2	And what I ask you to do is this.
1:35.7	Dig a little bit deeper.
1:37.4	Go back in time to the beginning of when you started this job or this career you have and reconnect with why you started this job, why you got involved with that career.
1:47.0	There's going to be a more deeper rooted meaning and you're going to start coming more connected with working harder at what you're doing.
