tornado and they all say I struggle with work family balance.

Yeah.

Tell me why that is wrong.

Yeah, it's funny.

The answer to the problem they're facing is totally simple and like Einstein said when he said if you I had 60 minutes to save the world I'd spend 59 minutes

Stating the problem clearly and then one minute solving it our mistake is that we have stated the problem wrong

We're trying to solve the wrong problem

when we talk about work family balance.

Simple as that.

And so we have four points I want to share today.

We've touched on this point a bunch of times in casts.

We actually have a part of a cast where we allude

to actually talk about this, about calendar management.

But we've never actually made this the heart of a cast.

And so we wanted to do it because we want everybody

to be able to find this cast.
