Something we get confusion around a lot is when we talk about how projectors are only designed to work three hours a week.

But then the other energy types get confused of, oh, well, then am I supposed to be the workhorse?

Is that supposed to be my job?

So I kind of want you to explain a bit about how really none of us are really supposed to be

overworking, right? Yeah. And that's such a key thing is that there is a huge difference

between working enough and, you know, not overdoing it, not over burning out. But also,

you know, we all need to do a sufficient

amount of work to feel like we've used our energy properly, to feel like we have a purpose,

to feel like we've made a contribution, to feel good about ourselves. So all that human

design says is that everyone has a different level at which that sweet spot lies.

So, for example, with generators, it's healthy for them and they get high off that, the principle of putting work into something and working towards something and using their energy up.
