Hello and welcome to Words Matter from the DSRnetwork.

Each week, Norm Ornstein and I will talk about the issues facing our country.

As we head into another cycle for it, not just elections, but Norm apparently shenanigans.

Today we had, I'm just going to be very honest with listeners because I'm sure that many of you

have already been made well aware of some of the recent Supreme Court decisions, not just

in cases around affirmative action, but we also have a decision in, and I'm going to try to

remember that, I believe it's called the Smith case. I'm trying to remember the name of the

plaintiff in the case with forcing a website designer who brought a gay couple as a kind of a

mystery shopper couple for an interior decorator to which the designer disagreed with taking care

of a client and anyhow, in getting ready for today's podcast, both in reading, I'm still working

my way two-thirds through the several hundred pages of both the majority and dissent opinions
