Well let's talk about it. How did you guys come up with this idea? Because it's quite frankly

pretty revolutionary. So I pull out my hair and that is medically known as trickotillomania

which is one of these body focused repetitive behaviors. And middle school started pulling as a

coping mechanism for just being stressed at school and that was the way my body was providing

satisfaction and relief of the pain that I was feeling. And then by senior year of high school my
