On this show, we talk about things that are good that we like that we are into. And

I don't know what to say now. I've said all the words that I my brain was like,

it's time to start the show, say these words. And so I set those and then I was like,

and then what? And my brain was like, I don't know man, why don't you ask one? You really want

to ask another by by part, you know? I you know what? I never asked you to be the one to like get us

going every week. And I think it's sweet that you kind of took that on. Yeah. But you don't have to.

Why don't you get a start of this week? To the start of this week with a quick word

from our sponsors, and the Lord in one quick. Sorry. This is how we sort of start things on

the band before your record. We do like a quick sort of energy circle, like a prayer,

a prayer circle before a big show. That's how they do it on Saturday night live. All the big

comedy greats. Yeah. Before the sports game. I know that they do that before the sports games.

Gotta have hands on shoulders and just like lift it up. But if you want to go about it
