A survey through scripture with Pastor John Corson. It is our desire to bring you a systematic

study of the entire Bible, chapter by chapter, book by book.

Are you feeling a bit older, perhaps a little slower, maybe not quite so vibrant and

vigorous? We're not talking physically. maybe not quite so vibrant and vigorous.

We're not talking physically so much as spiritually.

Sometimes as we age physically, we also become less vigorous and vibrant spiritually.

Well, there is an alternative.

There is a way to stay strong and get stronger

until the day the Lord takes us home to heaven.

We began seeing this on our last program in a story about Caleb from Joshua Chapter 14.

He is 85 years old and is asking Joshua to give him the mountain country where their enemy the giants dwelt.

Why would he want this land?

For the answer, let's now join Pastor John. And in Caleb we see a guy who at

85 is saying, man, I'm as strong as I've ever been. Give me that mountain where the Anakin are. He's a picture. It's an illustration of what God wants you and me to be spiritually. When we're in our elderly years of 40 or 50 or 60 or 80 or 90 or 100,

God would want you and me to be stronger than ever. How can that be?
