Like when I say my brain don't stop, my brain does not stop because for me, not only am I responsible, I'm half responsible for what happens in my household, I'm also responsible for at least 350 employees.

So what kids did for me is it just made me more consistent, right? And made me more soft because I used to be very clear, very direct.

I used to be very militant, but now I'm more understanding and I'm more patient, which I think I needed because I was really hard like a rock.

And I'm still hard to a tee, but I also I'm more understanding in the workplace and I also understand that people will sue you.

So you have to be mindful on how you communicate with people and just really be a leader, you know?
