If you've been listening for the past eight episodes, you know what's been going on.

I was hoping to never do an episode without my co-host Donna Montgomery, but y'all, it's been eight weeks and Donna's still missing.

And of course the police are total dipshits.

So I've decided it's now time for me to take matters

into my own hands. Kidnapping.

Kidnapping.

If you didn't know the meaning of the word, you'd think it sounded sweet.

A kid, napping. But if you do know the meaning of the word,

it's anything but sweet, it's sour, and often a precursor to murder, but hopefully not for Donna Montgomery.

Oh, Donna, that's where she usually interrupts me.

Okay, get it together, Jopath.

This is women talking about murder episode 2,999. 9.

Okay, this is the part of the episode where Donna and I playfully banter about the theme of today's case. Obviously, there's no Donna, but there is a Jo Beth.

So I guess what I'd usually say is something like,

did you know adult women are more frequently kidnapped than actual kids?

Donna would probably respond to that.

Plus her heart with, you know, kidnapping, more like Lady Snatching.

Which I really, that's a good one, Donna.

Even though I came up with a Lady Snatchin or Girl Grabbin, they should call it. Donna, where are you?

I always thought I wanted to do the show alone, but it turns out, I guess I need a co-host.
