I'm not feeling spry today. Yeah, you're, your Tommy is dealing with, you got a little back issue going on here.

I woke up this morning and to some

throbbing like back pain just lower back pain right around my as i side joint and uh it i've been

waking up with a slightly tight lower back in the mornings recently and i think it's just i thought it was

just because how i sleep this morning i woke up it was not feeling great um I had trouble like standing up and

getting to extension overall like through the hips and low back that sounds familiar yeah yeah

and Tiff and my wife immediately goes uh does a couple things she goes I think it's a disc issue

here's some things

you need to work on um but yeah so not fun I've been I've been moving gingerly yeah I'm sorry

keep an eye on that a lot of a lot of city miles on this rig. I had my back issues when I,

I think it started when I was 33. I was talking to my brother who's 22 months younger than me. And this is, he was like, he was kind of having a similar problem. And he said he went to the doctor and the doctor goes, yeah, you know, this is common in middle age men. I'm like, We're not middle age.

He goes, think about it.

I went, oh, crap.

Yeah, I guess we are. this is common in middle age men. I'm like, we're not middle age. He goes, think about it. I went, oh,

crap.

Yeah,

I guess we are. Middle age 50? No, because I would assume that you're going to live to be a hundred. Not many people do. I'd say, I'd say, I know a lot of people that live to their late 90s. Wow.

I hope I'm one of them.
