under the weather for the past week pretty bad which has become a little nudge from

the universe to pause and reset and I apologize if I sound slightly nasally I'm

trying to stay clear to have the clearest voice, but also sometimes

our bodies give us the clearest reminders that simply rest is medicine. I'm going to honor that.

When we honor this rest as medicine, we allow ourselves to step back and breathe. And of course,

and so i've been leaning into that wisdom this week the first day when i felt awful i just laid in bed

no distractions i barely even looked at my phone didn't even have the tv on i just allowed myself
