So we wanted to talk with you, Emily, about how the face of what you think of as a woman in leadership is changing,

and changing dramatically in all kinds of directions right now.

So I would love to just kind of throw that open to you for your initial thoughts.

Yeah, I mean, I think there's a lot of ways in which it is changing.

There's a lot of things that have stayed the same.

And so I'm an historian, and I like to think big picture.

But when you think about the face of women in politics,

I mean, you can look at different ways in which women have used certain things about femininity

in order to activate and cause social change,
