For today's topic with the wonderful Emily Rebe, we're talking about women in Hollywood.

Specifically the treatment of women in Hollywood compared to how men are treated in Hollywood. Oh yeah, so when I bring that up to you,

like what's your like first initial thought? Um, I think of just pay gaps, pay disparities, all the stuff that goes on

behind the scenes, things of women who have been through terrible moments with directors. Like I think with like the new

two movement with Harvey Weinstein, who knows how many women, not just the women we see on camera, but behind the scenes

in Williams, had terrible experiences with. So yeah, I think more of the terrible stuff than the glitz and glam.

And also, when you think about that too, it's kind of crazy how it's more so focused on like, oh, like I feel so sad that

that that happened and not that it was happening. Yeah, it was like a well-known thing. It was underground for like 10, 20 years. Yeah,

it's something that totally could have been stopped or at least taken care of, but it said is when we're come

continuously taking advantage of. And women were passing along the advice to each other. Like they were like, hey,

just so you know, don't work with him. Oh, yeah, which is we be looking out for each other and who's looking out for us.

Yeah, no, it's like a doggy dog girl in Hollywood definitely. And I think for women, especially you have to really watch

your back, specifically with male people in the space. It's really difficult. Yeah. And it sucks too that you have to

fill that way, especially when you're trying it. It's an art. So yeah, yeah, be creative, express yourself. Any industry where you
