We're doing a little women in cannabis segment today.

I have actually, when we did the

710 event, I think I worked with all women. And it was actually, it went off without a hitch.

It was actually quite different. So I kind of wanted to talk to you a little bit about women

in this industry. You were actually my party coordinator. What do we call that? Event coordinator, right? Event coordinator, yeah. But it was a party. Yeah, it was definitely a party. It was a great party. Everyone had such a good time. And, you know, a few women in the mix sometimes helps things go a little more smoothly. So, you know, I think it went off pretty well. Yeah, it was interesting working with a whole team of women, and it just got me thinking about the cannabis industry. Yeah, you know, you see, you know, you kind of, you see what a perspective, a skewed perspective, at least I do. So I see a lot of guys in this industry. Yeah. To me, it seems like a male-dominated industry. At times. Yeah, and so I kind of wanted to talk to you about what it's like to be a female in this industry.

Awesome. Well, first of all, what's your job? What do you do? Because for me, you're the events coordinator, but I know you're Mia Jane. What do you do? Yeah. So I do a lot of different things in the cannabis industry. A lot of people have to wear many different hats to make things work.

I sell recharged.

It's crazy industry, yep, for sure.

So I do a lot of event coordinating for a couple of different companies.

I also do a lot of cannabis tour guiding, educating, and advocating as well.

So I work for looper cannabis tours Tours and Social Lounge here in

Denver. And we're about to launch in L.A. as well. So super excited. I love getting out there

and helping people learn how to use cannabis in a responsible and social way.

Yeah. First off, congratulations. You're taking that looper bus. We all went on the Looper Bus.

What was it? Before the 420 event. Yeah, that was so much fun. It's just so much fun to be on the streets driving by cops and a giant bus and smoking weed. Absolutely. Yeah. It's a really interesting experience and very unique to everything else we have here in Denver, I believe. And that's going on in L.A.?

That seems illegal.

It's not illegal? Well, it's not like you can just hop in the back of your car and, you know, just start chieping down. You can. You'll get arrested for it. Right, right. We really like to focus on, you know, making sure everything's safe, secure, compliant, and insured. So we operate under certain guidelines that allow us to have cannabis consumption in a moving

vehicle as long as there is a partition separating the driver entirely.
