It is so good to be with you again. Happy New Year. I am so happy to be back with you. And if my voice sounds just like the little

littlest cutest bit of hoarseness, I was so unbelievably sick right after New Year's. I realized that

for all of 2025, I actually did not get sick one time. I think I was just going through so much change.

And there was a lot of like fight or flight going on with my nervous system that it was like,

we just need to keep moving forward. There is no time to get sick. And it was like clockwork on

January 1st. I got so sick. So you'll bear with me. I kind of like when my voice
