Talik shoots Richardson dead.

Nancy ring video footage from a neighbor's home shows Taleek forcing Arazia's girlfriend to leave with him just after the shooting.

When Taleek is pulled over hours later in Indiana, the girlfriend tells police she's being held against her will and says Talik killed her boyfriend.

She says Talik forced her to change clothes, get into the car with him, and that he raped her twice on the way to Indiana.

A jury convicts Brandon Talik of murder, kidnapping, and rape.

He'll be sentenced later this month.

Shannon Stanger 58 goes surfing at the hook, a popular area, Santa Cruz, California, but gets angry at a fellow surfer.

Stanger and a friend go to, quote, talk to the surfer about surf etiquette.

The conversation turns angry, and Stanger allegedly stabs the, quote, disrespectful surfer

with a Kubitin, a small rod-like self-defense

keychain weapon. Stanger, now arrested on suspicion for assault with a deadly weapon,
