Our cases this week, a mother who has been jailed and charged with killing her three-year-old

son was allowed out to attend her child's funeral.

The mother was charged with involuntary manslaughter after giving the three-year-old Benadryl

and then leaving him in the bathtub for over an hour.

She claimed that the death was accidental and that she fell asleep because she'd been

working hard.

It is without question a tragedy, but what would justice look like in this case and should

she have been allowed out to attend the baby's funeral?

Can you imagine your boyfriend who is a cop making up a story about how you should

be committed to a psychiatric hospital against your will and the guy succeeds.

Investigators in Pennsylvania say that a scorned trooper who was married and having an

affair solved his problems by committing his mistress to a psych hospital.

The trooper who has since been arrested actually made a video showing how he restrained

the woman until officers could arrive and commit her take a look at this video.
